All orders are made via our website. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The order confirmation is a confirmation that we have received your order, and serves as a receipt. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us immediately.

 

 

All prices stated on Veslemoyart.no is in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and includes value added tax (VAT) and art tax 5% if applicable. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed. Payment is made through our secure payment solutions.

 

 

The delivery time will vary depending on the product's availability and delivery address. We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and you will receive an email when the items have been dispatched. Veslemoyart.no cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Typically 3 – 14 days.

 

 

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Right of Cancellation Act. To make use of the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return costs are covered by the customer.

 

 

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the fault was discovered. We will then attempt to correct the error by repair, replacement or refund.
