Portrait interview in Allers

- I find myself through art

Veslemøy had to face the wall before she found the way to inner joy and freedom - through paint. - It had to be crash for me to realize that I needed to change direction, says Veslemøy, who feels as free as a bird every time she paints.

Veslemøy Vangsnes (54) lived a completely normal life, with a husband, two children and a full-time job. Even though everyday life was hectic, but good, she always had a kind of search for something more - without fully understanding what it was. At the age of 41, Veslemøy met the famous wall.

- I have always done everything I can for others, but I completely forgot myself. Now I was on sick leave with panic disorder for almost a year. The cup was full, says Veslemøy.
